- Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of order.
- Refund requests made after this one-month period will not be accepted.
- To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it (unless the product was defective upon arrival).
2. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request by emailing us at info@primproper.shop with your order number and reason for the request.
- Once your request is received, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing time: Refunds typically take 2โ3 business days to appear in your bank or payment account, depending on your bankโs policies.
3. Exclusions
Certain items may not be eligible for refund, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the 30-day refund window
- Products damaged due to misuse or not returned in their original condition
4. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or product, please return the original item for a refund within the 30-day period and place a new order.
