We ship our all orders timely and being in try to reach it safely to your doorstep. This page explains our shipping options, estimated timelines, costs, order tracking and what to expect after you place an order.

Notes: Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Shipping times above are estimated transit times after the order has processed.
Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days of the order being placed.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches) processing may take up to 3–4 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any delay to your order.
Order Cutoff & Same-Day Processing
We aim to process orders quickly. While we do not guarantee same-day shipping, orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time, Atlanta) Monday–Friday are prioritized for next-business-day processing whenever inventory allows.
Tracking Your Order
- After your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the carrier’s tracking page.
- Use your tracking number to see real-time updates. If tracking does not update within 72 hours of receiving it, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
Shipping Address & Delivery
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
- For apartment or suite numbers, include them in the address line to avoid delivery delays.
Shipping Restrictions & International Orders
- Currently Prim Proper ships to the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Certain remote or restricted locations may experience longer transit times; carriers may apply additional surcharges for remote delivery.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in multiple packages. If we must split your order, you will receive separate tracking numbers. There is no additional charge for split shipments unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Delays, Weather & Carrier Exceptions
Transit estimates are provided by carriers and can be affected by weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace the shipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us right away. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to update it. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our returns process after delivery.
